In this project GBA were commissioned to explore the prospect of providing additional static caravans at the park. Following a pre application enquiry and discussions with the LPA, permission was granted for 13 additional static caravans and a managers lodge.

 

During the design stage the team worked closely with the ecological consultant to create a scheme to enhance the landscaping and ecological quality of the site. This included creating wide wild headlands along the existing stream to enhance its quality for wildlife such as otter. Additionally, the proposals included the planting of native trees, shrubs and the creation of a wildlife garden.
