In December 2012 planning permission was successfully attained for the conversion of existing outbuildings for Llewelyn Davies a local accountancy firm at the Yelverton, Whitland. The completed buildings were officially opened in December 2013 at an open day to showcase the buildings.

 

Curtis Blain Ltd (now known as Gerald Blain Associates Ltd) were commissioned for conversion of existing outbuildings to commercial offices with responsibilities to include:- 

• Condition survey of existing building.

• Production of plans and elevations as existing.

• Design floor plan and elevation proposals.

• Conservation measures to include bat mitigation measures.

• Design of parking layout.

• Sub coordinating with professional consultants.

 

In 2003 Curtis Blain Ltd attained planning permission for conversion of The Yelverton House, previously a public house.
