This project involved the full range of services offered by GBA for a new build dwelling, including design, planning, building regulation & contract administration.

The building is constructed from a timber frame structure clad in traditional brickwork and is finished to a high specification throughout. The home is designed to be thermally efficient and incorporates a modern sprinkler system inline with current building regulations.
