In this project GBA were instructed to design a replacement dwelling and subsequently submit a pre-application enquiry and planning application to the Local Authority.

The existing bungalow was in  poor condition and needed renovation, due to the extent of the works required it was decided that a replacement dwelling would be more financially viable. Following submission of a pre-application enquiry, GBA carried out a detailed design process to produce a scheme which met the needs of the client and the requirements of the local authority. The proposed dwelling was inspired by German eco friendly pre fabricated homes and similar dwellings which have been constructed on North Cliff, Tenby. Planning permission was granted for the scheme in March 2020.
