Daniel joined the company in 2016 after graduating from Cardiff Metropolitan University with a First Class Honors in Sports and Exercise. Under the tutelage of Mark and Gerald he has developed CAD, 3D design and planning skills. Daniel completed a Masters degree in Real Estate from the University Collage of Estate Management in 2024. He is now begining the process of undertaking the RICS APC.

Daniel works on the planning and development aspect of projects alongside Phil, he also oversees the Administration and Marketing of the company. During his time with the company Daniel has worked on a range of project and has a gained several planning permssions for holiday parks accross Wales.

Away from the office Daniel can be found running around the local lanes and wondering the countryside with his camera.
