In October 2019 GBA attained planning permission for two link detached bungalow at a site in Rhydargaeau. The approved bungalows are of traditional design, to overcome site constrains the properties were designed with linking garages.   

GBA carried out a level survey of the site and produced existing and proposed drawings using AutoCAD and Revit. The approved drawings can be viewed below.
