Gerald Blain Associates Ltd was founded in 2015 by Gerald Blain and Mark Saunders, who have worked together over the last 10 years. Gerald and Mark have a joint experience in excess of 80 years within the fields Planning, Architecture, and Surveying.

Gerald Blain Associates deal with architectural and planning matters across a broad spectrum, please see a non-exhaustive list of our areas below. Specifically, the practice (previously known as Curtis Blain Ltd) has over the last 10 years attained several planning permissions for holiday and leisure parks across Wales and England.
