Associate 

Phil joined the team as an associate in 2018. He is a Chartered Surveyor with experience in many aspects of the property industry.

Phil started his career 20 years ago working for Edward H Perkins Chartered Surveyors and Gerald Blain before attending the University of Glamorgan to Study Property Management and Valuation. During his sandwich year Phil worked for Birt and Co in Tenby and Llewellyn Humphries concentrating on residential and Commercial property. Following University Phil joined Colliers in their West End London office before returning to Pembrokeshire to take a position with Pembrokeshire Housing. Following this Phil has worked for both Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire county councils. He is past chairman of the RICS West Wales local association and an RICS APC assessor.

In recent years Phil acted as advisor for Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority and Carmarthenshire County Council on all aspects of agricultural planning from sheds to rural enterprise dwellings and has represented them successfully in various appeals.

Phil also runs a touring caravan park just outside Narberth which gives him a good working knowledge when dealing with caravan and holiday park applications.

In his spare time Phil enjoys spending time with his family, sailing and has been known to take part in triathlons.
