TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (WALES) ORDER 2012

 

On 1st August 2016, the Welsh Government introduced a statutory requirement for all applicants to undertake pre-application consultation with the public on all major planning applications in Wales. 

All applications at Pre-Application Public Consultation stage will be listed below with a link to view relevant files. Once released for public consultation files will remain viewable for a minimum of 30 days and will be removed on the date(s) listed.
