Mark is the companies senior draftsman & director and is heavily involved in the technical side of projects. Mark has over 40 years experience within the field and has worked for and with Gerald in excess of 10 years.

Mark has numerous qualifications which he has studied for throughout his career, these include a Bachelor of Science in Building Surveying from The University of Reading. Mark is an associate of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB and Chartered Construction Manager).

Mark has had a long and distinguished career starting in the 1970’s gaining valuable experience as a Planning Technician and Cartographic Draughtsmen for Glamorgan County Council and the MOD. He then spent time working in Saudi Arabia for ‘Arabian Homes’ as an Architectural Technician in the 80’s before returning back to the U.K. working for their sister company ‘Skybridge’ and then Diamond Architects now currently known as OSEL Architects.

In recent years Mark has worked for local practices such as Bailey Roberts Jones, Govern Davies Estates and Brian Gatenby Architects. He plays a key role within the Company as the Design Manager and oversees the architectural side of the practice.
