This site is situated in the picturesque Town of Narberth, Pembrokeshire and offers outstanding countryside views to its guests. Previously Gerald Blain Associates (Previously known as Curtis Blain Limited) have attained two planning permissions for extra Lodges at the site, as such the current permission continues the high quality improvements being made by the client. The images shown are of the lodges which were previously approved, the current permission proposes to site 8 more similar lodges in an area to the east of the park. 

 

This project posed several planning and design challenges due to planning policy and the physical characteristics of the site. As such, cantilevered supports and foundations for the lodges were designed and ecology and hydrology consultants were used. Working along side our consultants, planning permission was attained and all conditions were discharged successfully.
