Gerald Blain Associates were commissioned submit a planning application to extend a terraced property in Chippenham, Wiltshire. The project involved cantilevering a corner of an existing extension and extending further to create an open plan kitchen dining area. Planning Permission was  granted in early 2020 and building regulation drawings have subsequently been submitted.
