Gerald Blain Associates were commissioned to change of 22 touring caravan pitches to 22 static caravans, along with associated infrastructure and landscaping & ecological enhancements.

 

The project involved the redevelopment of two touring fields and a caravan storage ground to accommodate static caravans. Working closely with the Ecological consultant a scheme for the enhancement of the landscaping and ecological aspects of the site were prepared. These proposals include the planting of native trees and shrubs, creation of wildflower meadows, creation of wild headlands and the planting of hedgerows.

Planning permission was granted in December 2021.
